* Standard working hours: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
* Review customer CAD files for SLA, DLP, MSLA, or FDM suitability
* Modify and fix CAD models using Materialise Magics, Autodesk Powershape, or PTC Creo
* Prepare CAD files for additive manufacturing, including part orientation and support creation
* Develop fibre strategies for Markforged FDM processes
* Operate and monitor multiple AM machines, ensuring quality and efficiency
* Create tooling insert CAD models for the PU department
* Perform minor maintenance and calibration of AM machines
* Participate in a weekend rota to support operations
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* ND or degree in CAD/CAM, industrial design, or engineering
* Experience in parametric or surface CAD modelling
* Strong interest and understanding of 3D printing technologies
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented attitude
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Previous experience in Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing
* Familiarity with software such as Materialise Magics, Autodesk Powershape, PTC Creo, and slicing software like Cura or PrusaSlicer
