· Deliver world-class Dayforce HR/Core and Talent solutions;
· Give advice to customers on optimising the Talent Modules in Dayforce to meet business goals

What you’ll do:
Provide Implementation Services to customers:
· Document and validate customer’s HCM business requirements and map to Dayforce functionality
· Design and document innovative solutions to solve customers’ business needs
· Share best practice and challenge customer requirements
· Configure Dayforce Talent and Core HR modules to meet customer’s business requirements
· Conduct consulting sessions (remote and in-person); produce design documents and meeting minutes
· Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise, including post-implementation and quality assurance services
· Actively participate in customer testing cycles, addressing and resolving any identified issues promptly
· Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
Focus on Continuing Education:
· Contribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basis
· Participate/ lead Continuing Education and Implementation best practice sessions
· Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release
· Grow your knowledge of Dayforce functionality; complete cross-training in new modules to expand your expertise
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who exudes confident consulting; we value the following skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 2-5 years of experience in human capital management application consulting or 3+ years of experience in a Talent and Learning role
· Experience with software in a SaaS (Software as a Service) / Cloud computing environment
· Experience with one or more of the following applications: Dayforce (preferred), Workday, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft in Talent Modules
· Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
· Excellent customer relationship and business acumen
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities
· Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessions for Talent
· Ability to travel within UK and EMEA
What would make you stand out:
· Certified eLoomi consultant
· Experience of Dayforce Talent modules either as a customer or as a consultant
· Understanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to the customer’s business practices
· Product certification in Dayforce Core and Talent modules
· Experience in business process mapping
· Experience in change management
