About the role
* Gain valuable knowledge and experience of
o how we develop the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) concepts for our future windfarms - covering strategic, technical, environmental, societal, and commercial factors
o how emerging technologies and methodologies in O&M are evaluated for potential opportunities in future windfarms
o our operations sites by visiting them and going offshore after basic training, giving you a first-hand view of the outcome of the team’s work and a useful insight in the day to day of O&M in offshore wind
* Assist the team e.g. with
o leading your own project related to a specific O&M concept on a developing wind farm or an emerging technology
Job requirements and experience
* You’re an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant science or engineering discipline
* Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
* You have very good verbal and written communication skills
* You’re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
* Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
* You’re open to travel to other sites if needed and travel expenses will be covered by us
