About the Role As Teacher of Computer Science, you will teach across KS3–KS5 (depending on experience and timetable), delivering ambitious lessons that develop strong computational thinking, secure programming skills and confident exam technique. You will support pupils to: Build strong computational thinking and structured problem-solving Develop secure programming and algorithmic reasoning Understand key computer systems, networks and data representation Develop awareness of cybersecurity and responsible digital practice Build exam confidence through modelling, deliberate practice and feedback The Department Computer Science sits within a strong STEM culture, with pupils supported to develop both practical and theoretical understanding. The department is collaborative and well resourced, with shared planning and enrichment opportunities such as coding clubs, competitions or STEM projects where available.
