Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, other relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer (or equivalent).
* 5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
* Experience managing relationships and leading mission-critical power infrastructure projects.
Preferred qualifications:
* Master's degree in Engineering.
* Relevant degree or certification in sustainable infrastructure.
* 15 years of industrial development experience.
* Experience working across multiple European countries, navigating business cultures and practices.
* Understanding of the intersection of utility procurement and infrastructure capacity solutions, with a proven track record in a cross-functional role at the engineering and commercial interface.
* Ability to develop data-driven technical insights and translate them into executable commercial solutions.

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate effectively across teams. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of utility infrastructure projects across our EMEA and APAC portfolios. This includes coordinating with stakeholders worldwide, developing and implementing project plans, tracking progress, and maintaining communication. You will lead strategic power utility programs that support our data center capacity needs, working closely with commercial, engineering, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
* Support Google Data Centers (GDC) campus development as the technical lead during discussions on power utility supply.
* Lead development during due diligence and design phases of power utility infrastructure projects.
* Conduct value engineering, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations to enable GDC capacity growth.
* Refine due diligence scope standards and serve as subject matter expert during detailed studies.
* Guide the technical strategy during design and oversee the execution of utility projects, managing vendors and a team of AEs.
