The Role Logging and inputting of Sales Quotations, Blanket Orders, Call offs and Delivery Dates on Microsoft Navision (NAV) Travel and accommodation bookings for senior management. Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying and printing where required. Occasional support to Accounts department on Credit Control and Purchase Ledger. Answering external phone calls Supporting ad-hoc requests such as ordering stationary, arranging lunch and hospitality details on occasions. Maintaining communication between internal departments, Technical Engineering and Warehouse/Dispatch to ensure a smooth internal order transition.
