ZEST Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established dental practice is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist to join a modern, well-equipped, and highly regarded independent dental practice in the Durham area. Located just off the A1, the practice is easily accessible from Newcastle, Sunderland, Teesside, and surrounding areas.
The role offers a well-balanced mixed list, with 6000 UDAs available at a highly competitive rate of £18 per UDA – among the best on offer in the North East. The NHS component is low needs and well-maintained, with experienced therapist support available to assist with routine care, allowing clinicians more time to focus on private treatment.
Private opportunities are strong, with high levels of patient demand and a well-established FPI patient base. The practice sees consistent uptake in cosmetic and restorative work, and there is further potential for clinicians with additional skills or interests.
The practice has recently undergone a full refurbishment and operates across seven modern surgeries. It is fully equipped to a high standard with R4 Clinical+, digital x-rays, rotary endo, intraoral scanner, CBCT, and air conditioning throughout. As a BDA Good Practice and Foundation Training site, the team includes experienced associates, qualified nurses, and therapists, offering a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
