About the Role
As a Graduate Site Engineer, your job will help plan and build vital infrastructure such as roads, buildings, substations and other structures. You will work on-site, gaining hands‑on experience in design, installation and maintenance while ensuring all works meet technical standards and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
You will support the delivery of Civils or Power Transmission projects through on‑the‑job learning and formal training. Your tasks include assisting with project planning, site supervision, quality control, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
For Graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on‑the‑job learning, with a strong focus on career progression.
* Minimum 2:2 Honours degree required.
* Full UK driver’s licence.
* Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required for projects.
