EF Oxford
is looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our facilities team on weekends at our large international campus in Headington.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Position Details
* Saturday and Sundays
* 08:30 AM – 17:30 PM
* October start date
* Part-time/Permanent contract
* Please note that we will be filling either the full-time Maintenance Operative position or both of the part-time roles (Weekend and Afternoon Maintenance Operative) advertised online.

Your Role
* General maintenance & repairs
* Basic plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating
* Furniture assembly & moving
* Assisting the cleaning team with moving furniture (beds, wardrobes, etc.) to access difficult-to-reach areas for cleaning
* Dealing with contractors regarding building issues
* Assisting with the management of maintenance supplies
* Updating work lists & taking a proactive approach to site management
Requirements
* Good English communication skills and customer-facing experience
* Flexible approach & teamwork skills
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a lone-working environment
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
* Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
* Clean background check
