ROLE:
Female Support Worker

LOCATION:
Birmingham, Moseley, B13

SALARY:
£ £13.30* per hour

SHIFTS:
8:30am - 9:00pm

HOURS:
35 hours per week

About Evergreen
At Evergreen, we support individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. Our aim is to encourage independence and help people to engage with the community and participate in everyday activities.

We currently support five individuals at this service. The people we support are largely independent and mainly require prompting, encouragement, and guidance to achieve their daily goals.

As a
Wake Night Support Worker
, your responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
* Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
* Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
* Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
* Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
* Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.

This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support.
