In this role you will:

• Lead from the front on the shop floor, supporting a safe, efficient, and high-performing production operation.
• Take ownership of daily performance, ensuring production plans are delivered and risks are proactively managed.
• Champion high standards of Health & Safety and quality, ensuring they are consistently met and never compromised.
• Empower and guide your team, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with maintenance and other teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Use data and KPIs to monitor performance, drive decisions, and improve results.
• Maintain a well organised, audit ready environment that reflects operational excellence.
• Support the development of your team and contribute to wider improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and operations.

• You will bring experience of leading or supporting a team within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a strong understanding of production KPIs.
• You will bring a proactive, safety first mindset and a commitment to high standards in Health & Safety, quality, and environmental practices.
• You will demonstrate a continuous improvement approach, with the ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• You will have strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise, influence, and perform under pressure.
• You will take a hands on, team focused approach, with the drive to support, coach, and develop others.
