Hours: 35 hours per week
Pattern: Office hours, Monday to Friday

The role
As an Assistant Housing Manager, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for residents in one of our Extra Care courts. Your work will help ensure every resident enjoys a safe, comfortable, and independent lifestyle, while also giving support where needed.
You’ll:
* Deliver a high-quality, responsive housing management service
* Keep everything running smoothly in line with our policies and landlord duties
* Help foster a welcoming, vibrant community where residents feel at home
About you
You’ll be a natural people person, with:
* Experience supporting older and/or vulnerable people
* An understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in your work
* Good GCSE passes in English and Maths
* Strong admin skills and attention to detail
Extra points if you also have supervisory, management, or housing management qualifications — but your passion and dedication matter most.
