Responsibilities as a Clinical Lead:
* Lead and oversee safe, high-quality clinical care.
* Support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff.
* Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
* Work alongside home manager to ensure smooth running of home
Requirements as a Clinical Lead:
* RGN/RMN/RNLD Qualification
* Previous management experience within a nursing home setting
