Viberoptix is hiring an Office Administrator for our UK office, based in Penrith. The Role Provide administrative support to the Directors in GB, collating data for internal and external meetings and minute taking Event and meeting co-ordination Act as main point of contact in the Penrith site for any facilities related queries, liaising with the group facilities department to resolve any issues Liaise with the procurement team for any purchasing requirements Co-ordinate with the People team to support employee engagement initiatives in the Penrith site Answering calls and emails that come through to the business and ensuring resolution to any queries Support the development of processes, workflows and efficiency improvements General Administration duties Adherence to health and safety The Person Previous experience in an admin role Driven and able to work autonomously with high level of attention to detail Professional, driven and able to deal with information in a confidential manner Competent or advanced competency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills across all levels Ability to work without supervision Demonstrable organisation and time management skills Company benefits: Competitive remuneration package Extensive training and development Excellent career progression opportunities Experience in a forward thinking and progressive company, with an ambition to develop our people Additional Information This is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements.
