This hands-on role suits a proven 2nd Line Support Technician ready to step up into a more senior, varied position. You'll act as a key escalation point for technical issues, contribute to infrastructure maintenance, and play a leading role in project work and customer onboarding. You'll also help guide junior team members and improve internal systems and documentation. A mix of support, engineering, and leadership responsibilities ensures no two days are the same. What will you need? * Minimum of 3 years' experience in an MSP or similar technical environment * Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra, Exchange Online, Teams) * Experience with Hyper-V, VMware * Good understanding of networking (VPNs, firewalls, switches, broadband, DNS) * Familiarity with backup and recovery technologies * Excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for technology * Strong communication skills - verbal and written * Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with occasional paid overtime * A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment What would be desirable? * Experience mentoring junior staff * Interest in contributing to process improvement and internal documentation * A proactive, learning-focused mindset To Apply… Please apply through this advert or email your CV directly to oliver.light@Searchability.com.
