Working hours - 9am -5.30pm
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is seeking a Results Executive/Administrator to join their dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of accurate and timely results for healthcare related procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Checking post received from regional clinics and on-site assessments.
2. Log attended and missed appointments, personal information
3. Produce, issue, and reissue reports, results, and certificates
4. Upload results to external databases and client results portals, a
5. Record and maintain customer data accurately
6. Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
7. Collaborate with internal departments
8. Correspond with customers
9. Providing timely updates on delayed or pending results
10. Any other duties as and when required
Requirements :
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
14. Proficient computer skills, including experience with databases and software packages
15. Previous administration experience
