We are looking for a talented VIP Account Manager to join our team!
As a VIP Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with our most valued clients. You will act as their main point of contact, ensuring they receive a personalized, engaging, and high-quality customer experience. The role requires a mix of relationship management, sales, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to maximize client's retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain close relationships with VIP clients to ensure high engagement and loyalty.
* Monitor VIP clients and proactively reach out, informing them about new products and/or exclusive offers.
* Manage and resolve any client concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
* Identify and act on opportunities to increase client value and engagement using a mix of sales tactics and relationship management.
* Work closely with internal teams (Support, Risk, Payments, and Marketing) to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
* Analyze VIP client behavior and tailor retention strategies accordingly.
* Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
* Balance honesty and persuasion—understanding the client's limits
Requirements:
* Comfortable initiating and maintaining conversations with VIP clients.
* Social and charismatic – Able to quickly build rapport and gain trust.
* Critical thinker – Able to assess situations, think strategically, and adapt your approach.
* Honest but tactical – Knows when to be direct and when to navigate conversations strategically.
* Creative yet organized – Thinks outside the box but maintains structured processes.
* Fluent in English – Any other language will be considered a huge advantage.
* Background in sales, account management, or customer retention will be considered as an advantage.
Work Structure:
* Remote schedule
* Flexible working hours schedule
* Training is highly personalized, ranging from 1 to 3 months of daily in-office work, depending on the candidate's progress and needs. Relocation support for the training is provided.
