The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, flexible, confident individual with excellent interpersonal and behaviour management skills to assist and support the class teacher in the learning and teaching of pupils, under the overall direction of the Class teacher and Head teacher. The successful candidates’ work is primarily to foster good behaviour and participation of the pupils in the social and academic processes of the school; seek to enable the pupils to become more independent learners; and help to raise standards of achievement.
