We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Crawley.

This branch has served local trade and retail customers for over 60 years, offering an extensive range of wallcoverings, trade and designer paints, specialist coatings, and decorating accessories. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 7 am–5 pm and Saturday 8 am–5 pm. The role will manage a team of four, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth branch operations.

To succeed in the role of Retail Branch Manager you will:
* Demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role
* Develop a team and support their growth
* Achieve sales targets and generate new business
* Be enthusiastic and proactive about selling, inspiring staff to achieve high levels of customer service
* Understand our focus on customer service and other Brewers values
* Represent the Company positively to a wide range of customers
* Work independently when required
* Have useful knowledge of the local area

* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, interpreting customer requirements into product recommendations
* Previous experience in the Decorative Industry is an advantage, not essential; full training will be provided to the right candidate
* Approachable with an open, friendly personality – happy to help both customers and colleagues
* Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can also work independently at all times
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
* Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry
* Willing to attend training to become a Fire Safe qualified staff member
