We are looking for a legal secretary to join the central services team of the firm. The Role: Supporting fee earners with file opening processes Deal promptly with any finance requests Typing letters, emails and file notes as dictated by the fee earners Conduct photocopying, scanning or printing of relevant documents, collate and dispute them Manage queries, responding as appropriate Ensure dictation queues are checked regularly throughout the dayThe ideal candidate: Previous secretarial experience, ideally in a law environment Familiar with audio and digital dictation, and document production Excellent organisation and communication skills Shows a positive and flexible approach to teamwork Is comfortable with deadlines and workload levelsIf you have past experience as a legal secretary, and are comfortable with getting to Dudley, then don't hesitate to apply!
