About The Role
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) provide essential support to residents of a small supported living house in Dunoon. The role involves assisting Claire, Billy, George, Harry and James with personal care, housework and support throughout the night. The overnight shift runs from 10pm to 7am, and includes tasks such as moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and aiding appointments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and assistance to residents during the overnight shift.
* Help with housework and basic household tasks.
* Support residents with movement and handling to ensure safety.
* Deliver positive behavioural support and encourage social engagement.
* Attend and assist with scheduled appointments when required.
