Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client within the energy sector, with sourcing a part time Payroll Coordinator to join them on a contract to cover a period of maternity leave. In this role you will run a number of both International and UK payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and all corporate policies and procedures are adhered to. This is a FTC role until April 2026, part time, 20 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities:
* Inputting all payroll data accurately into SAP including but not exclusively; Tax Codes, Student Loans, Court Orders, Training, Expenses, Advances, Adjustments, Pensions, Childcare vouchers
* Reviewing and check audit reports
* Reviewing all absences in SAP to ensure they comply with statutory and company rules
* Reviewing and send the payroll reports for approval
* Producing and sending payment files for payment
* Processing the Posting to Finance
* Preparing and sending P45s to leavers
* Ensuring compliance of Pension Auto Enrolment
* Raising payment requests as required
* Responding to payroll queries from employees, HR and external agencies
* Updating P11D and PSA data from various sources throughout the year
