As part of our continued growth, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our close-knit team at Park School, located in Chipping Norton.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on what really matters – creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for pupils.
At Park School, you will:
1. Teach small classes of pupils with varied and complex needs, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning styles.
2. Design and deliver creative, flexible, and inclusive lessons that capture imagination and inspire progress.
3. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues to ensure every child’s needs are met.
4. Contribute to pupils’ social, emotional, and personal development, not just their academic outcomes.
5. Play a key role in maintaining our strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils feel safe, respected, and supported at every step.
6. Be part of an environment where pupil voice matters – our learners are actively involved in their education and encouraged to make choices about their learning journey.
