Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly, and sterilisation of instruments, consumables, and equipment within predefined quality standards.
2. Provide direct supervision to ensure the timely delivery of clean and sterile instrumentation.
3. Ensure all operational activities fully comply with health and safety procedures and guidelines.
4. Monitor, maintain, and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.
5. Proactively monitor and evaluate operational activities to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures; keep staff informed and trained on these procedures.
6. Participate as an active member of the management team, contributing to innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices.
7. Assist and support the Production Manager in planning and operational processes.
About You:
* Educated to a good general standard with strong verbal and numerical abilities.
* Basic end-user IT skills for operating track and traceability systems.
* Skills in flexibility, teamwork, integrity, working under pressure, accountability, and attention to detail.

1400 - 2200 Tuesday to Friday
Annual salary: £26,969 plus a 5% performance bonus, shift allowances for overtime/unsociable hours, and a higher cost of living allowance in London.
