Outbound Marketing Campaign Manager (ABM Campaign Manager)
Location
Banbury, Oxfordshire – Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Salary
£50,000 – £55,000 + OTE + benefits. OTE is discussion‑based and based on signed ARR from successful campaigns, uncapped.
Role Overview
Own the strategy and execution of outbound ABM campaigns, collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing, wider marketing, and sales teams. Drive measurable outcomes and commercial growth through data‑driven marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
* Prior commercial experience in a B2B campaign marketing role (SaaS or tech preferred, not required).
* Demonstrable experience of managing and running ABM campaigns, with both strategic and technical expertise.
* Proficiency with marketing automation, sales tech, and CRM tools—ideal tools include Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and contact data aggregators; nice to have tools are Force24 and Gong.
* Data‑driven mindset focusing on measurable outcomes and strong commercial acumen.
