QUALIFIED NVQ2 PHARMACY DISPENSER only.

Tasks will include dispensing and labelling prescriptions (electronic and paper), ordering stock for prescriptions, stock control, dealing with customer and surgery queries (email and phone) will be everyday tasks. You will jointly be responsible for controlled drugs and corresponding legal requirements for prescriptions. Reordering of all sundries for running of MDS business and coordinating smooth and efficient workflow, including organising deliveries in a timely manner will be required. You will work in a very experienced team and will receive excellent support.
Date checking, recording patient interventions, sign posting, health promotion and giving advice to patients all form part of the pharmacy contract. Supporting the pharmacist, assisting regulation of controlled drugs and register, keeping up to date with CPD requirements and maintaining excellent cleaning standards will be on going tasks. Delivery of pharmacy services is required, for which training will be provided.
All ideas contributed are valued and listened to.
You may be required to work in the dispensary and on the medicines counter as part of your weekly routine. This will be discussed at interview.
Monday - Sunday. Approx 40 hours a week.
PART TIME HOURS WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED.
Salary will be discussed at interview and will depend upon experience AND age.
