A bit about the role … We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Plasterers with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys! With our rapid growth and continued development, we are looking to hire hardworking Plasterers for a variety of Social Housing projects in Greater Manchester/ Oldham. *Previous experience in this kind of work is essential* A bit about us … Connolly is a leading construction refurbishment and development company, with family values at our core. We operate within the social housing sector, providing holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations throughout the Northwest, North Wales and West Yorkshire What you will be responsible for… Perform all aspects of plastering including skimming, dot & dab, rendering and patch repairs Work in tenanted properties within social housing Ensure works are carried out to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents Collaborate with multi-trade teams to complete larger projects effectively Maintain health & safety compliance at all times External rendering, coving and cornice and insulation What we’d like from you… Relevant Trade Qualification CSCS Card (ideal but not essential) Must hold a full clean driving licence Be comfortable in working in a live environment and occupied homes You MUST be willing to complete your CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness within 4 weeks of starting work Package We currently offer price work/ day rate and depending on experience and workload, can be up for negotiation.
