Role Summary:An opportunity to join the Residential Conveyancing team, assisting in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. The role involves supporting fee earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients
Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Support: Assist in the progression of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.- Document Preparation: Prepare and review legal documents, including draft contracts and correspondence.- Client Communication: Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage case files, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role.- Strong organisational and communication skills.- Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
