We’re looking for a General Manager who can inspire & motivate a team with a strong focus on our guests. You’ll be responsible for upholding our culture & values, championing standards, and leading a team of over 100 to deliver an authentic, fresh-food-based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town!

Responsibilities
Lead a team of over 100 people to deliver an authentic, fresh-food-based BBQ menu while upholding Hickory’s culture & standards. Inspire & motivate staff, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Foster training and development through the Hickory’s Training Academy and support succession planning for flagship restaurants.
