Site Administrator Role Location: Suffolk Reports to: Site Manager About the Role: This role is with a global leading construction company specializing in cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, who are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join the UK team. The Site Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing site hospitality, processing invoices, and coordinating global operations. Responsibilities: * Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, and maintaining site office and facilities supplies. * Coordinate site hospitality, including arranging accommodations, catering, and transportation for visitors. * Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. * Coordinate with international teams and managing documentation. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. * Gather required timesheets and plans from various site stakeholders. * Follow up as required on administrative documentation. Qualifications: * Proven experience in an administrative role. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience in global operations is a plus
