Executive Assistant to CEO, Family Office
Location: Marylebone, London
Contract: Full-time, In-office (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with flexibility and out of hours availability as required)

We are a highly regarded international family office with elegant offices in Marylebone. We provide trusted, discreet, and professional support to the family’s business and personal affairs. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO who will also take on wider family projects and chief of staff responsibilities.
The Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the CEO across business and family office activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a key role within the organisation, requiring someone highly efficient, discreet, and personable, with the ability to manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, and build strong, trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
* Full diary and inbox management, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimised.
* Coordination of international and domestic travel, itineraries, and logistics.
* Preparation of documents, presentations, briefing notes, and meeting packs.
* Gatekeeping: managing communications, prioritising matters, drafting responses and ensuring follow‑up.
Family Office & Chief of Staff Duties:
* Acting as liaison between the CEO, family members, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Managing ad‑hoc projects, events, and confidential matters on behalf of the family.
Operational & Administrative:
* Maintaining efficient filing systems and records.
* Supporting office operations to ensure smooth running.
* Handling confidential financial and legal documents with discretion.
* Working as part of a wider team over multiple time zones.
The Candidate

* Proven longevity as an EA at a senior level (experience in a family office, private client, or similar environment is advantageous).
