About the Role
Oakfields Primary School is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person who would like to contribute to the maintenance and creation of an attractive environment for their learners and teachers to work in.
If you have practical maintenance skills in an area such as plumbing, electricity, decorating and/or carpentry probably acquired from a plumbing or electrical background, we would very much like to hear from you.
We are looking for a new team member to work for up to 25 hours per week to join us as our Premises Manager. This will include a period at the beginning of the day.

Job Details
Salary: It attracts a salary equivalent to £29,540.00 per annum if you were to work full time, or £15.31 per hour; this will be pro-rata'd for part time hours
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Up to 25 hours per week, all year round, with 5.8 weeks holiday per year
