Complex Needs Assistant

Start Date: ASAP
Pay Scale: £90.00 – £105.00 per day
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to support children with complex needs, including autism, PMLD, and medical requirements. The role involves working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them access learning and develop key life skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide personalised support to pupils with complex needs
* Assist with personal care and daily routines
* Support communication and engagement in activities
* Help maintain a safe and nurturing environment
* Work alongside teaching and support staff
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a background in care or education and a patient, supportive approach.
