Please note this role is for 12 months FTC
Key Responsibilities:
Produce weekly P&L reports and monthly management accounts
Deliver accurate journals, accruals, KPIs, and gross profit reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance analysis
Provide monthly reporting packs for Operations and Leadership teams
Track revenue vs budget, aged debt, WIPs, and key financial metrics
Handle recharges, credit card coding, AP/AR support, and day‑to‑day finance queries
Mentor junior team members and help strengthen finance processes
Skills/Experience:
Part‑qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge
Excellent Excel capability
Sharp analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset
High attention to detail and confidence working at pace
Clear, effective communication
