About the Role
Valoris Group is recruiting for a Gardener for our client in London. This temp-to-perm role focuses on external garden maintenance and trimming no landscaping work is required.
The position offers year-round employment. During the off-season, other work may be available for candidates with additional skills such as handyman, basic repairs, or general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out trimming, pruning, and general external garden maintenance
* Maintain hedges, shrubs, and outdoor spaces to a high standard
* Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
* Work independently and manage daily schedules efficiently
* Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy
Requirements
* Proven experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
* Skilled in external trimming and general garden upkeep
* Ability to operate garden tools and machinery
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Additional trade or maintenance skills are highly desirable for off-season work
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Own tools
