Job Description
Join us as a Leadership Support Assistant.
* Provide business support to multiple leaders, managing diaries and overseeing inboxes.
* Complete administrative tasks to support leaders and their reports for smooth operations.
* Gain exposure in a fast-paced environment.
* This position is offered for 12 months.
* This role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.
What you'll do
You will support business leaders primarily with diary and email management, scheduling meetings, and organizing logistics.
You will also:
* Act as a point of contact in their absence.
* Support the effective use of technology and digital tools.
* Handle tasks related to onboarding, moves, departures, travel, expenses, approvals, and invoices.
* Assist in organizing events such as community days, training, socials, and conferences.
* Maintain records, filing, and system access in line with policies.
Skills you'll need
Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and prioritize information.
You will also need:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Leadership Support Assistant.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Awareness of relevant business areas and their interactions within the bank.
* A strong digital capability and a desire to develop further.
