Can you simulate capacity with precision—labor, machines, materials—and highlight risk before it becomes reality? Are you fluent in ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and energized by building data integrity across BOMs, parameters, and work orders? Do you love using Power BI and SQL to improve forecast accuracy, model constraints, and lead data-driven reviews? What you’ll do Translate business forecasts and S&OP into a master production schedule that spans multiple sites and product lines. Validate incoming orders for capacity, materials, and design readiness to protect customer commitments and on-time delivery. Lead capacity planning and publish forward-looking capacity reports with clear risk visibility and mitigation plans. Administer production work orders and sustain ERP/MRP accuracy across inventory, BOMs, planning parameters, and product lifecycle. Monitor key metrics: on-time start/completion/delivery, lead-time adherence, aging orders, labor and material variances. Perform root cause analysis on deviations from plan; implement Lean/Kaizen improvements that optimize flow and reduce inventory. Align raw material supply plans with demand in partnership with Purchasing and cross-functional stakeholders. Embed NPI launches into plans, coordinating timelines and readiness with engineering, quality, and operations. Design KPIs and lead monthly performance reviews using Power BI, SQL, and ERP reporting to mitigate risk and improve outcomes. What you’ll bring Must be able to work on government contracts directly or access shared data resources 7 years of Supply Chain or Production Planning/Scheduling experience Bachelor’s degree Expert-level ERP/MRP capability (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Preferred experience planning across multiple sites or globally Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing data flow from design through shipment Influence and collaboration skills across all levels and functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven continuous improvement mindset Business model literacy and the ability to tailor planning/execution accordingly Preferred extras APICS CPIM or CSCP Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline Exposure to regulated, lot-controlled, or clean room manufacturing Lean and Visual Factory training/experience Work arrangement & travel Fully site based Compensation The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000k. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
