Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Office Planner & Administrator to work within our Maintenance Facility Office, based at Corpach, Fort William.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organised, flexible and a good communicator. Team working is essential as well as working on their own initiative.
Duties will include
* Planning weekly inspections / service bookings for the company's fleet of vehicles in addition to third-party bookings
* Ensuring that all fleet maintenance is managed in line with strict inspection and service schedules
* Administrative duties relating to service / inspection documentation and records
* Updating internal maintenance defect reporting systems
* Creating work schedules for the maintenance team
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
