Key Responsibilities of the Legal Technology Product Manager Conduct research and stay abreast of new legal tech tools in the market across different specialisms To proactively pitch and provide demonstrations of these tools with operational leads and wider team To seek internal engagement and interest in legal tech and innovation, to create and present comms to demonstrate awareness of market relevant tools and new concepts within legal tech Set up/support the mechanism for people across the firm to submit ideas of new tools they want to test or create Manage pilot programmes of new legal tech tools for testing and implementation across the firm To work with wider product management team to support and advise on implementation programme of new tools introduced into the business Help facilitate creation of new products working with lawyers and developers to create market facing products Collating feedback from user and client interviews to support creation of products Help facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders across the business to define foundation of product requirements From conception through to delivery of product, to manage all stakeholders involved in the process Skills & Attributes of the Legal Technology Product Manager Experience working with senior stakeholders Good organisational skills to manage mixed role and busy workload Experience with project management would be a plus Strong meeting facilitation experience (with experience hosting workshops being ideal) Strong communications skills are essential Solution oriented and self-starter mindset is essential Applications can only be considered from those eligible to live & work in the UK without restriction.
