We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our award‑winning team at Oban International, a digital marketing agency specialising in international growth.
About the role
As Senior Account Manager you will report to an Account Director or Client Services Director and serve as the primary contact for day‑to‑day client management. You will build strong relationships, communicate strategy and tactics clearly, review activity for improvement, and keep clients informed while extracting the best performance from internal delivery teams and our Local In‑Market Expert (LIME) network.
About you
* Experience managing client relationships within a digital agency environment
* Established digital marketing knowledge – both organic and paid media
* Interest in new industry developments and keeping knowledge up‑to‑date
* Ability to build strong commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Experience getting the best out of multidisciplinary teams, with integrity and confidence
* Strong communication skills – emails, calls, meetings, presentations

* Maintain a collaborative and entrepreneurial style
* Manage multiple workstreams to deadlines, delivering on fast turnaround tasks
* Handle multiple client tasks confidently and simultaneously
* Identify problems and devise solutions
