Responsibilities
* Protect customer’s property, people, and assets following Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and any changes.
* Deliver results meeting or exceeding KPIs and Service Level Agreements to aid contract retention.
* Fully complete all tasks and duties on site as defined in AI’s.
* Review and suggest amendments to AI’s to improve service level.
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry legislation (front‑line licence and CCTV PSS SIA Licence).
* Follow all instructions and procedures without unnecessarily challenging authority.
* Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations and with customers.
* Use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop knowledge through ongoing professional development.
* Look out for and report health & safety hazards promptly.
* Use common sense and initiative to involve others if a situation becomes threatening.
* Complete accurate, detailed notebook entries after any incident for the incident report process.
* Ensure check calls are carried out at the allocated time slots as stipulated in the AI’s.
* Call emergency services and the Communication Centre to report incidents.
Training and Development
* Fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training.
* Attend additional training as directed to ensure continuous self‑development.
* Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.
Qualifications
* Previous security experience.
* Valid SIA licence.
* SC clearance desirable.
