Join to apply for the HR Advisor - Graduate role at Addleshaw Goddard.
This role sits within the HR Business Partnering team, operating across our London, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and Dubai offices, supporting the business internationally. You will work closely with the wider HR team and key stakeholders to provide guidance, support, and coaching. The role offers excellent training and development opportunities, including sponsorship to complete your CIPD qualification.
Location: Manchester (with occasional travel to other UK offices) and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Applications close on 10 October 2025.
What will the role involve?
* Based in our Manchester office, with occasional travel to other UK offices as required.
* Support the firm’s growth and development plans by taking on a variety of responsibilities across Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Resourcing, Performance Management, and other HR activities.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders and employees; act as a trusted advisor; support HR initiatives with the HR Manager.
* Assist with employee relations cases, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Support recruitment processes and onboarding for new joiners; assist with exit processes and feedback collection.
* Support the annual performance processes and salary/bonus reviews.
* Produce management information (MI) and reports; contribute to ad-hoc projects; support DE&I initiatives and the engagement survey delivery.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills tailored to different audiences.
* High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
* Resilience with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
* Undergraduate degree (in any discipline).
