The Role: Commercial Property Manager (Senior Surveyor / Associate Level)
You will work closely with an established in-house team of asset managers, facilities professionals, and accountants to deliver efficient management across a portfolio of multi-let and FRI commercial assets throughout London and the South East.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial office buildings, working alongside asset managers while taking full ownership of day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing key lease events
* Overseeing CAPEX projects and refurbishments
* Service charge management & reconciliation
* Tenant liaison and relationship management
* Conducting regular site inspections
* Ensuring overall asset performance and operational efficiency
This role is ideally suited to an RICS accredited surveyor currently working client side, or someone looking to transition from consultancy into a role offering greater ownership, long term career progression, and stability.
About You
We are keen to speak with driven and experienced commercial property management surveyors at Senior Surveyor to Associate level who are looking to take ownership of a portfolio and contribute to enhancing asset value and performance.
Key Requirements
* MRICS Qualified (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of day-to-day commercial property management
* Solid understanding of the RICS Service Charge Code
* Proven experience managing office assets.
