Key Responsibilities
* Programme CNC milling machines both online and offline
* Set and operate CNC milling machines as required
* Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Carry out first‑off and in‑process inspections using measuring equipment
* Make programme adjustments and offset changes to maintain quality
* Work closely with the wider machining team to ensure efficient workflow
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer
* Strong ability in both online and offline programming
* Confident setting and operating CNC milling machines
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Desirable Experience
* Experience with Fanuc or similar controls
* Background in precision engineering environments
* Experience working with tight tolerances and complex components
