Role Responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will assume responsibility for an established and varied caseload covering the full spectrum of commercial property work.
Your responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive will include:
* Commercial sales and purchases
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for Landlords and Tenants)
* Option agreements and overage arrangements
* Commercial property finance transactions
* Agricultural property matters
* Advising on development‑related agreements where applicable
* Supporting the growth and development of the Property department

Person Specification
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will demonstrate:
* A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
