Sales Advisor – Manchester City Centre
Basic salary up to £27,000 plus quarterly bonuses and uncapped commission. Total earnings can exceed £90,000. Start Date: Monday 11th May 2026.
Job Summary
If you have confidence in sales, you will be trained from first call to closing. The role is high‑energy, high‑reward selling where business owners need the products we offer. You will receive training, support, and motivation to smash targets and progress quickly.
Responsibilities
* Create buzz for our products and services.
* Book demos for the Business Development Manager team.
* Close deals, achieving high‑value sales.
* Manage your allocated region and lead conversions.
* Work with the “Money Train” call line to secure guaranteed deals.
* Track and report sales metrics, including bonuses and commissions.
Qualifications
* Confident, chatty individual comfortable making calls and generating interest.
* Strong communication skills and persuasive selling ability.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Willingness to engage in continuous learning and training.
Career Pathway
* After 6 months, automatically placed into the Career Pathway program.
* Regular meetings with Manager to discuss progression.
* Next steps: Business Development Manager, Sales Partner, Coach or team manager.
