This role at Murrayfield Stadium, sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in delivering our marketing strategy, from social media content creation and campaign delivery to CRM & CMS management. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven junior marketer to develop hands-on skills across digital marketing, campaign management and communications within a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Key Responsibilities: Social & Content Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across all platforms. Assist in creating engaging social content and building briefs and managing content creators for large-scale events. Analyse and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly using digital analytics tools. Assist in the build of assets and content for paid campaigns and measure success. Campaign Production Support campaign production from concept to deliverybriefing creatives, managing timelines, and keeping budgets on track. Create visual assets using Canva and other design tools where needed under The Murrayfield Experience brand guidelines. Collaborate with external graphic design teams and agencies to develop campaign concepts and templates, overseeing the process through to final output. Digital Marketing Take ownership for email campaigns, including audience segmentation, schedule, copywriting, and performance analysis. Support the management of briefs for external specialists in paid SEO, Meta, and search marketing. CRM & Data Maintain and segment our master CRM databases (iVvy and Goodcall), ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date. Help build customer journeys and support marketing automations. Website & CMS Upload and manage web content, set up event ticketing, and report on website traffic and engagement within Wordpress and iVvy. Research & Admin Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Assist with award submissions and tracking deadlines. Maintain our photography portfolio and digital asset library. Provide general marketing admin support as needed. What We're Looking For: A good understanding of digital marketing tools, especially CMS systems, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table. Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. A self-starter who's equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team. A passion for hospitality and eventsan interest in rugby and the Edinburgh events landscape is a plus, but not essential.
