Assistant Estimator - Tier 2 Main Contractor | Kent | £55,000 Package + Hybrid Working We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor based in Kent who are looking to appoint an Assistant Estimator to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a reputable contractor delivering a diverse range of projects across the South East.
You'll gain exposure to a variety of sectors including commercial, education, residential, and mixed-use developments. Analysing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations
Supporting value engineering and cost planning exercises
Previous experience in an estimating or commercial role (contractor or subcontractor background considered)
Relevant qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or similar (preferred)
Ambition to progress within a main contractor environment
Hybrid working - 2 days working from home
