Our main showroom and workshops are based in Herefordshire. We are a growing company and are seeking a new member of the team to join our marketing department.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in Website Management, Google Ads, social media management, and PPC campaign management. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement organic social media strategies to grow engagement and reach
* Create and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and additional platforms
* Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities to optimise campaigns
* Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports
* Research competitors and provide insights for content positioning
* Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and audience engagement
* Managing PPC campaigns on Google analytics and Meta
* Recording and analysing data to report insights, track performance, generate reports and come up with strategies moving forward
* Managing website content
* Conducting and implementing on-page/off-page SEO strategies
* Working with the Commercial Manager to implement projects such as events, new websites, CRM and more
Qualifications
* Proven experience in marketing
* Experience in managing social media accounts, Google Ads, Email Marketing
* Strong understanding of PPC, SEO and Advertising
* Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies
* Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills
* Ability to analyse performance metrics and report results
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
Desirable
* Familiar with Apple and Adobe products
* Basic photo or video editing skills
* Experience running paid ads on Meta
* Influencer marketing
