As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across both acute and community healthcare settings. You will work closely with clinical and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions that support better care and long-term change, working across the North West territory.

Main Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition and support existing accounts within a defined portfolio
* Deliver sales strategies aligned with business goals and regional needs
* Build strong relationships across clinical and commercial teams to support solution adoption
* Use market data to identify opportunities and inform territory planning
* Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
* Support the implementation of CAUTI reduction initiatives across hospitals and community settings
About You
* Proven success in medical device sales, with a track record of delivering results
* Confident understanding of the evolving NHS structure, particularly Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)
* Skilled in using data to guide strategic decisions and territory planning
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse teams
* Experienced in account management with a focus on long-term growth
* Background in urology or continence care, or experience leading hospital-wide projects, is beneficial
Salary Range
£50,000 to £55,000 + bonus + benefits.

BD prioritizes on-site collaboration, requiring a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week for most roles. Remote or field-based positions may have different arrangements. We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits program.
